Hello tomdkat,
The new Storm is not a supported device. We are not able to provide and ETA on if or when this device will be supported for the Telenav service. Please let us know if you have any further issues or questions. Thank you! |

| So what are paying customers such as I to do who have upgraded their blackberry to a Storm 2? Cancel our accounts and use Verizon Nav? This is a constant issue with Telenav and new phones, Telenav doesn't support it on release and they never know when they will. Its seems like it always a big mystery. |

Hello tmurphy171,
We are not aware of devices being supported until the day that they become a supported device for our Telenav service. Please let us know if you have any further issues or qustions. Thank you! |

| I guess the answer to your question is: Yes you should cancel your Telenav account and use VZ Navigator, that is what I am doing because I don't want to pay for something I can't use. |

Darkfire is correct. There is really no point in paying for a service you cannot use on your current mobile device. Again, we do not have an ETA on if or when the new BBstorm will become a supported device. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues. Thank you! |
