There is a map error that resulted in a visitor to my house being routed onto a dead end street in a dangerous neighborhood. On Oct. 6, 2009, I submitted a correction to Teleatlas to remove a nonexistent street here:

http://mapinsight.teleatlas.com/mapfeedback/index.php

The initial response:

"We have received your report. Our automated processes have determined that there is sufficient information in your report for us to examine and work the issue."

However, there has been no further activity or response for over three weeks. This map error is still on TeleNav's web site today. Is there any way to expedite a map correction?

Hello accordance,

The mapping system we use does not update until Teleatlas makes the change on their side. Please let us know if you have any further issues or questions. Thank you!
